I am quite a distance from Craig’s shop in Pasadena but he listened to me as I explained the problem with our lawn mower (over the phone). After I described the situation about 3 times, he diagnosed the problem and told me that I needed a certain type of cable (I found it on Amazon ) and said that it was a fairly simple fix . It was. It was delivered the next day and it worked like a charm, maybe even better than before.

I called Craig up and he came when he said he would, had the work completed when he said it would (given a delay around a holiday) and was friendly, honest, and genuine throughout. He was generous with his time and incredibly helpful. The next time I need work on the mower (and there definitely will be) he'll be the only call I make.

I am very pleased with the friendly service provided by Craig. I called for service to my riding mower and it was picked up the same day. (Sears has a 3 week wait and never show up)
The price was reasonable and the service is excellent. This is my lawn mower repair shop and it should be yours

I fully recommend Mr. Craig, and here is why. Lawn mowers aren’t lasting 1 season before they will not start. I should know, I have three lawn mowers and two weed eaters and none of them run. That’s until Craig engine repair help me out. Both my lawn mowers and weed eaters was fixed in a week and I truly appreciate it. Thanks Mr. Craig for being fair priced, friendly customer service, promptness and knowledgeable. I will see you again when the next problem arises.
